[關於這首歌]

歌詞訴說了多年來困擾著Demi，相信也困擾著許多人的問題，對身材(body image)的不自信。

會不會，另一伴不欣賞著這樣的自己?

是因為我的身材不夠滿足你對吧?雖然你什麼都沒說，但不在我身上逗留的眼神和沉默似乎說了很多。

為了滿足他，或許是為了獲取對方認可的一絲成就感，節食，傷害著自己的健康。

編曲的部分以木吉他貫串曲子大部分，很喜歡副歌時特別大聲的Bass，還有一個，是沙鈴嗎?使得很有律動感，最後一段副歌的不使用樂器，改成和聲伴奏，讓歌曲變得很有層次，還有Demi的歌聲好溫柔呀，我又狠狠的愛了。

[後記]我知道這專很多人翻過了啦!!我知道啦!!以前總是覺得別人翻過就不想翻了(然後一直翻冷門歌)，但後來發現這好像阻止了我去更深入了解一首歌的動力，所以眾多考慮下(包括我一直在退步的英文成績還有對舊愛Demi重燃的修火苗= =逼波逼波= =)
